I will wanted if it is possible to use a server postfix to send messages with Project'Orria? And what change to do in the config of Project'Orria for he knows i use postfix for messages and not his function sendmail included?

I never tried Postfix, and Project'Or RIA has not been tested qith Postfix.
But first analysis let me think it is "sendmail" compatible.
You should specify the $paramMailSendmailPath to specify the sendmail path to Postfix.
