Hi,
When doing the first installation steps of projeqtor setup, I end up with the following error "Upgrade in progress. Only admin user can connect".
If I have a look at the database in phpmyadmin, projeqtor database has been created but it doesn't contain any table.
How is that possible?

Wait until it ends". Any idea what's going on?

I followed your instructions from another post (quoted below) and it seems to work now.
I must have stopped the database creation somehow because login was taking too much time.
This time I waited for a long time and I'm logged in.
