I wanted to know if there's a way on the real work allocation screen to filtrer or to display only a specific project and not all the projects where the resource is asign.

It is impossible, you can just hide project(s) for which none real work are imputated

You can modify through the application each resource and its work, one by one, on a project provided you have the rights to do it.
Also, you can go directly to the database to clean, in one click, the desired data.

What you can do is usee API to delete work data, but never directly update the database.
