Hi ProjeQtOr team,
Is there a way to record exchanged emails with outlook or gmail about a Project/Task/Ticket to the concerned Project/Task/Ticket.
In fact a lot of emails about projects are exchanged through normal emails and it would be nice if these emails could go automatically to the project in ProjeQtOr
This could be done through inserting for example #P#[Project Code] and this makes the email goes to the concerned project.
I don't know if this possibility exists or if it is in your roadmap. This could be wonderful.

this feature exist, it's available for all element but the response it's link on the element not on the project.
For activate this you must complete the section automatic import of replies to emails on Global paramters in tab automation.
You will find all the information on this subject in the user manual.
