Hi,
we would like to have a flow where the request of some jobs are done by some users who are not part of the projects (like bug declaration).
I can easily have the creation of the ticket (simple) as a simple user, but there are no project on the list of projects on the field, nor I have the lens for searching the projects.
I probably miss a set-up here, but I can't find it.

Users who are not allocated to any project can't create anything, as they have rights on no project.
You have to create a project where the tickets will be created and allocate the ticket creator users to it.

Hello Babynus,
the user profile was only as guest. Changing its right on the project to Project Member, solved my problem.
