I have been using the Tickets report for"open Tickets Global" as a weekly publicity item for display for some time.
Question I have . Is there a way to remove "Closed" tickets from the charts?.
What I am trying to achieve is that when I use (from Ticket dashboard option) "Synthesis by Status" - All issues - Don't show Closed items. figures match up with the Pie chart views on a Ticket report.

No this report does not include this parameter

The "Synthesis by Status" of ticket dashboard does not take into account parameters (like other tables do). So figueres are the same than the report.
