Hi,
sorry for asking, but i cannot find a way to set a users password when user creation?
Also is there a possiblity to give a manager permissions to create projects?

Hello,
after created new user go to the detail in section miscellaneous, and reset password and save.
To change the rights it's on the screen Access to data (project Dependant).

There is also an option in Global Parameters to create password at user creation, but you'll have to manually send it to user so that he knows the password.
