J'ai deux activités et chacune avec de nombreuses taches, et je cherche un outil me permettant de gerer ma charge de travail et de savoir quel est mon plan de charge dans les mois à venir afin de répondre à mes clients pour leur donner un crénau possible d'intervention.

Yes.
If you assign yourself to the tasks (activities in ProjeQtOr) with estimated work, projeqtor will calculate a planning based on constraints you give (dependencies, priority, ...) and gives you planned end dates that are the most "near to reallity" as possible.
