In Gantt view, short form of month takes 4 characters from month - October -> (Octo); for other languages such as Vietnamese - Month names are longer as “Tháng Mười” or “Tháng 10”; Therefore
Recommended, use a shortened month name field such as Oct. or Vietnamese: th10; different from the full month name.
