Code is just note.noteText
unfortunately this does not work, all lines remain blank even though there are texts in the notes, what other possibility is there? What about the checklists, are they downloadable in an Excel format?

It seems you try and define a Template for a List of Tickets.
Fields available are much more restricted, as you cannot have lists of lists.
Check available fields is the Template Report definition.
Notes are not available for List reports, they are for detail reports.
