how does this new feature work. if i start this feature the following message appears "Add some activities on some administrative projects".
but i have projects with activities defined.

you need activities on administratif project.
absence work with administrative activities like "holydays" if you dont have this you can't use absence.
1- Create administrative project.
2- Create activities on this project.
3- now you can use absence 🙂
what is a administrative Project

The documentation version is 7.1.4. and the search word "project type" doesnt find a explanation to project types.
