I have created a "planning activity" assigned to a resource's pool.
The activity has available in the resources timesheets (the one's affected to the pool).
When I created a ticket on this activity and the resource treated it, I've got 2 lines for the same activity, and in one of them it's not possible to fill the real work, which it seems normal, because the real work was written in the ticket information.
But in the Timesheet, the resource as no real work despites his 5 days passed on the ticket at that week. Is it logical?
And at the planning reports, the real work passed on the tickets doesn't appear at the right week, but 5 days the same day, the 25th february. Why?

When you enter real work on a ticket, using directly the "real work" field, you don't tell the tool who worked and when.
So the tool considered it is you (user who enters the work) and today (the day you enter the work).
If you need to enter real work for another resource, for a different (or several) days, use the button "dispatch work"
