Hi Team,
I've noticed that logging into ProjeQtOr with a member profile takes an unusually long time—over 23 seconds. However, when logging in with an admin profile, it takes less than 4 seconds. After logging in, everything else (reports, planning page, timesheet, etc.) operates within a reasonable timeframe of less than 10 seconds.
Could you please assist with this issue?
Thank you.
reasonable timeframe of less than 10 seconds
You consider 10 seconds as reasonable response time ?
Really, all screens should response in less that 3 seconds.
Maybe your server is under dimensioned.
Have a try to Demo for "reasonable" response time
Hi ,
Thank you for your response. I appreciate your feedback regarding the response times.
However, I’m not entirely clear on the next steps you’re suggesting. Could you please clarify what you mean by "Have a try to Demo for 'reasonable' response time"?
Looking forward to your guidance on this matter.
Best regards
Hi,
Just test response time on our demo : https://demo.projeqtor.org
Do you get same unitary response time on your server ?
If not issue may come from your server configuration or size.
Hi,
Thank you for your response.
I have tested the login response time on demo.projeqtor.org, and I did not experience any delays there. However, I'm encountering a different situation on our instance. When logging in with a member profile, I notice significant delays. Different users with the same member profile are experiencing varying response times.
In my case, logging in with a member profile takes over 23 seconds, as mentioned earlier. Could there be anything specific related to individual user profiles that might be causing this issue?
I would appreciate any guidance or insights you can provide to help resolve this.
Best regards,
Difficult to analyse without the use case.
I could analyse the situation from anonymous dump of your DB,but this is out of scope the free support.
If you want some analyse of the situation, I can propose to use the assistance service. Please contact us if you are interested.
