On 10.3.3, with employee leave management enabled, I can't find where to define leave types...
Table leavetype is present in database, but neither searching on name, nor in menus can get me to the right screen.
Using french localisation, so I search for "Type d'absence" or even "Absence", to no avail...
What am I missing ?

You must be HR Admin, as defined in Global parameters.
