I would like to know if it's possible to custom projeqtor code and keep it when there is an update. For example, a way to create a patch that I launch it after update projeqtor. Currently, the code is cleanup when I do an update.

There are plugins in the shop, that you can buy to imprive efficiency of projeqtor for your needs.
They use a plugin system, with triggered event that could be used for your own developements. We need to finilize the doc that describes how to fdo it (and all other technical stuff)
This doc will be proposed in our shop as sson as available.
