I've an issue with download FR plugin.
When I confirm the order, I get an error 502 Bad gateway.
I can't download this plugin 🙁
Please, someone can help me ?

Are you sure you are connected to the website ?
Try and clean cache, reconnect and retry.
Yes, I've tried with my professionnal laptop (with professional network) and my personnal laptop (on my personnal network) and the same error nginx.

I reproduced the issue. We're working to fix it.
The workaround : when you seen the "Bad Gateway" message, just refresh the page (F5).
If you see new screen to validate shipping mode : select the only available one "download", and validate.
Otherwise, your order is already recorded.
Then you'll be able to download the plugin at its description page.

I'v tried your workaround but it didn't work: when I refresh, the page tell me "product removed" and i can't download the plugin....

We had some fix and it shoud work better now.
To be sure to avoid cache issue, disconnect from shop website, clean browser cache, reconnect and directly go to Plugin Description page.
You should see the download link.
NB : you has 10 orders for same plugin, I cancelled 9 of them as one is enought to get download plugin.
Please confirm that you can download the plugin.
