I have noticed that a project leader cannot access to timesheets for resources of its project beyond one week (v. 9.3.5). I have found a solution for this issues by extending the access rights of project leaders beyond their organization. I expect from this post to get comments or advice for a better implementation.

I have granted the access to the project's resources in the timesheet windows (through the "specific access" window). Indeed, this works fine for the current week when reaching the timesheet window through the task: the project leader can check and modify the real work for this week. But not for the previous one.
I have noticed that the resource's name does not appear in the filter. As a consequence, in our configuration, the project leader cannot access all the project resources by accessing directly to the timesheet window. The combo box for the resource proposes only the resources in the organization or team.

In our configuration, we use organizations and teams to reflect the "administrative" organization, since the same person can participate to 2 projects, be team leader and project leader at the same time.

As a consequence, I granted access to all resources to timesheets for project leaders. Yet, it still does not work. I also unlocked the restriction to the resources' visibility. I had to set the rigthts to "manager+" in work/activties "data access (project depending)".

I think we can live with that.
