As Project leader is not able to see the individual's work hours for the resources who are in his projects

it seems to me that this is exactly what the reports on the workload plan do.
You see the hours (actual and planned) that you can sort by project, team, organization and resources. This should meet the need of your project manager.

Dear Arkhanje,Thank you for your response and suggestions. They were helpful in giving me some clarity, and I explored other reports to see what might fit my requirements.Here is the situation:

• Main Profile: Member
• Project Profile: Assigned as "Project Leader" and also added as "Project Manager" in the project.
• Access to Report: The "Detailed work per activity - between two dates" report is accessible to both Project Leaders and Project Members (please refer to the attached screenshot).

However, when logging in as a member (even though the individual is a Project Leader and Manager for the project), they can only see the report for their own activities, not for other team members.Additionally, I checked the report "Workload plan on given period", but unfortunately, it does not appear in the menu when they log in and search for it.If I am missing anything in my understanding or configuration, I kindly request your guidance to resolve these issues.Thank you for your support!

You need to allow your team member to use the resource filter on reports.
