I’ve been experiencing a peculiar issue for quite some time. Occasionally, users report that their accounts are getting locked unexpectedly. Initially, I believed this was due to incorrect password attempts and advised them accordingly while unlocking their accounts.However, on November 29th, I noticed something unusual—within just five minutes, eight users’ accounts were locked simultaneously. I’ve attached a screenshot from the history table and the relevant log file for your reference.
I would greatly appreciate your assistance in investigating this matter and helping me resolve this recurring issue.

Except in the admin screen to close the application or close a user, we do not offer any account blocking functionality.
As you pointed out, it is generally a blocking due to a wrong password entered....
