In my point of view, a user could be part of many teams. For example :
I'm assigned on many projects, but in the "Project Team" in one, and "Technical Team" in other one.
But in Projeqtor, a ressource can be only part of one team (that's right ?).
What I try to do is to give access on team to different information in a project (ticket for public for example and ticket only for team).
But for the moment, I can't because I can only affect a user to only one team.
Is there a way to do that ? A ressource in many team ?

What you try to do is easy :
Split your project into 3
Main project
Public Project
Internal Project
Affect external users to Public project : they'll see obly public data
Affect internal users to Main project : they'll see both public and internal data B)
