I configured to notify all ressource not having filled his timesheet correctly :
* every friday noon
* verifying the 7 last days until current day
* by Email and Internal alert
People are calling saying they receive an email like this one, despite the fact they did fill all week and they even submitted their work already :
Could you tell me why does this happen? Can it be because I ask to verify 7 days and only 5 are working days?

you have correctly configure the notify.
what time do you send the notification ? because it is possible that people save their work after sending mail.
Otherwise it may be due to your server which is not at the same time, which creates an offset.
Or it could be due to a time zone problem which is ill defined.

I changed my configuration to verify every friday noon the last 5 days and it seems this fix the problem.
