We would like to display the detail of the real work per ticket.

Per ticket .... ? => for several tickets ?

In section reports > "Charges Consommées" > "Détail des charges par ressources - mensuel".

There are a few columns displayed:
- Ressource
- Charge
- Activité (w/ 3 sub colums "projet" / "nom" / "activité parente")

When a ticket does not belong to a "planning activity", the name of the ticket is displayed in the "nom" column. After attaching a ticket to a "planning activity" to send the real time into the activity, the ticket name disappears from the report and it only displays the name of the activity you attached the ticket to.

This leading in lack of details.

Is there a workaround ? An evolution possible ?

Project case:
We record real time in ticket and we send details of billing to our customers on monthly basis.The batch of days are recorded within the activity we attach the ticket too upon status change (delivered / done).

It is not planned to give more detail on this report.
