Hello,
The reason might be that you do not have the last version of the screen customization plugin.
You can get the last file on our plugin shop, logged with your account on this website : https://www.projeqtor.net/fr/shop-fr/plugins/screen-customization-detail
(Do not confuse your forum account here, on our .org website, and your shop account, on our .net website)
