For SEO purposes: is it possible to make ProjeQtOr data public?
For example, is it possible to have read-only access to all data of ProjeQtOr without connecting through user name and password?
I know that ProjeQtOr is not made for that but it is full of text that could be interesting for SEO

No, anonymous access is not possible.
But you can create a Guest access, and show credential to this user on login page (see https://demo.projeqtor.org or https://track.projeqtor.org)
But this won't ease SEO purpose.
And there is no objective to open data for this purpose : ProjeQtOr is an Enterprise Application, not a website.
