Hello I would like to do a manual scheduling for telephone maintenance for a resource. When I allocate 0.5 hour on Monday for example it automatically schedules me 4 hours. I don't understand how it works. Could you explain to me, the idea is to have a line for a phone activity on the monthly schedule and assign 0.5 hour slots to resources and no more. is it possible ?

What you try and do is not Project Management, and will difficultly fit in ProjeQtOr.
Manual planning only books half days. You won't be able to define hour-timeslots, nor half-hour-timeslots
