Hi everyone,

Using Projeqtor since a few days. (v 5.0.1)
I have 27 projects in my projeqtor. When I select "Projects Portfolio" I now get an error message :
Message is in french but the translation could be like that : Maximum number of project to display has been reach. You must select a projet

Is there a limit on the number of projects that can be displayed using projects portfolio ?
How can I do to use the projects portfolio functionality when I have a large number of projects (thoughI think that 27 is not a large number).

Thanks for your advice.
regards

Hi,

This limit is set to avoid to block browser to try and display too many lines.

Limit is set to 20 projects to display.
You can change this limit in the Global Parameters screen.

Other option is to select one project, you'll then see this project and its subprojects.

But you're right, this limit should not be applied to project portfolio (or at least not with a so small value).
Will be removed on V5.0.2 (for project portfolio, not for planning).

Thanks for the reply.

Can you tell me how to select one project ?
I can select one project on the planning functionality, but on projects portfolio, i can't see the option to select a project

Use project selector on top left.
This way, you'll be positrionned in the context of this project.
