Is there a way to show that a resource is occupied already by something else?

Sometimes it is difficult to find out why or if a resource dosn't have enough capacity.
For example if the resource is on holiday in the resource planning view (gantt) It is not considered as occupied (i guess due to administrative project).

Also if a member is assigned to several projects which managers which have restricted rights to their project (or a project selector filter is on) i, they cannot see t is not visible that the resource is occupied already by something.

If for example an activity has a validated end date, the calculation will reserve more days, but on can only guess, when you right click, why it is overshooting (showing the time per day bars).

It would be handy to have on the resource names level such an occupation bar, which shows you already the occupation by other tasks and administrative activities (or the remaining capacity), how much a resource is occupied already (instead of the summarizing bar),

Like that it would be easier to have an overview and assign other resources if there is available capacity, to fulfill the validated end date.
