When I try to test my private Gmail whether it receives messages, unfortunately, through the test email configuration section in the global parameters screen, unfortunately I do not receive any message, although a message appears saying that it is Email sent to 'xxxxxxxxxxxxx@gmail.com' As well as the appearance of the message in the section dedicated to mail sent in the projeqtor application

If message indicates that email is send, then it is send, for sure
Now, it does not guaranty that it will be received.
For instance, your email server may block the source.
In most cases if your email server is not secured, servers blocks them as spam.
You may also face issue if you use same email as sender and receiver.
