Hello,
We a implementing tools for our customers.
So our projects are cut into 3 parts :
- The original project itself
- The maintenance
- Sub projects for evolutions
We need to follow our times of each of the 3 steps.
But I can't find how to time worked times for tickets, I only see project activities (taks, etc.)
We would like to type time also for tickets.
How is it possible ?

Time spend on ticket must be entered directly on ticket form.
It will then appear on Timesheet.
