Hello i've got this attachments's mistake when i want create a ticket or imputation save ... i don't work.

First, are you using MySql or PostgreSql ?
Because this issue cvlaims your db structure is not correct.
On all tables, id is AUTO_INCREMENT. This means value is automlatically defined, so sure 'id' will have a value.

Check your DB.
All tables must have id as int(12) with AUTO_INCREMENT.
If it's not the case, you must fix it.
