Go to global parameters
Tab "Automation"
Section "Automatic import of files"
Change "directory of automated integration files" to set it to value of existing folder
or Change "automatic import cron delay (in seconds)" to "-1" to disable the feature

I can't go to global parameters i've got this message :

where i can Change "automatic import cron delay (in seconds)" to "-1" to disable the feature on datadase

on parameter table ? witch ID ?

And why i can't accès to global parameters ?

i using mysql on personal intranet

You have 3 errors logged :

1) import directory does not exist (OK, that object of acces to Global Parameters)
2) you imap definition is wrong (must also be changes on global parameters)
3) You ran CRON with DB stopped (on unreachable)

But I don't see any error that can explain non access to Global Parameters.
Try and doconnect / reconnect
Post any arror logged on Apache error log
Post any error logged on browser console
