Hi,
I would like to avoid using activities but only tickets. It is more convenient to manage people work by using Diary view. But how to proceed if the ticket last more than 1 day ?
As only one date is available in ticket (planned date), it will be displayed in the diary at this date. But how to make it appear on a period?

As ticvket is not "planable" it cannot be displayed on several days.
It is only displayed on target day.
Only planable items such as activities can be displayed on several days.
