Hello,

I would like using prohectorria for two services of the compagny.
First service (mine, with 3 personns) is functionnally since 2 two years ago.

How can i do that, without any views beetween actually service and new one? The new service will have 5 personn, and nobody from first one.

Best regards,
Ols

Hi OLS,

it depends on what you really would like to set up:

If you would like to have a distrinct extra instance, then deploy Projectorria on an extra web space. Then it's all really independent.

If you would like to have on the same instance for two services, then it's simple be done, setting up two teams, extra projects and set up (if needed) an extra workflow. If you assign people/users to projects, then it's complete separated.

Hope this helps.

Klaus

Hello,

I've created a new user, ressource, project. But when I loggin with this user, he can wiev in today all tasks in "All tasks of projects affected to".
How can I suppres that?

Is it possible to separate ticket type, activity type by service?

Best regards,
Ols

Hi,

All depends on profile of user.
Have a look at the online user manual about habilitations.
I's not very easy to understant at first, but will allow you to define access rights very precisely.

You can then separate visibility by service, using main projects as Organisation level (one top project per service).
