Hello,I can't move them from "Backlog" to another status. When I click on an activity, I only have the options: "Recorded," "Cancelled," and "Closed".
I would like to have more permissions to manage these transitions. I don't know how to add other options ' In progress" etc to an activity.
UPDATE : When I am logged in as an admin i can move them from "Backlog" to another status. But if I'm a random user, I can't do that, even if i switch this user to an administrator profile.
My version is 11.1.1.

You need the latest stable version (12.0.1) for your problems, in the forum. Projeqtor support is available for older versions.
Concerning workflow: you'll find your answers in the online manual.
I advise you to look at the detail tab (to add reports) and see who has the authorizations.
If your problem persists in stable version, don't hesitate to get back to us.
