I Have just installed , Software as a Proof of concept, after being told good thing about it, we have it running in a
EasyPhp/devserver 17 / Mysql 8.0.18 / Windows 10 environment ,
we can see DB in Mysql , and can get past configuration screen (1st time install),
we next see message "Upgrade in progress" , and thats as far as we can get , we left it over aday, and still get/see the message, also using "admin/admin" does not work, we get invalid logon prameter , using version v9.0.1 does any one have any ideas.

It is possibly an incompatibility with PHP 8.
ProjeQtor is not validated over PHP 8 yet.
This issue will be fixed on V9.0.2, but other compatibility issues may persist.
Try and run a lower version of PHP (up to PHP 7.4 works fine)
