Hi, I just using Projeqtor, I'm planning some projects.
One project must work 7 days a week so you have to count Saturday and Sunday. Does this have to be defined from a calendar, so that the calculation of workdays is accurate?
If so, is it possible to apply different workdays to several different projects? I mean, one calendet per project.

We have adopted the following approach.
We plan the workforce of resources on opened days .
We apply a type of calendar for each resource. You can create as many calendars as you need. Then this single calendar type can list all the resources that can work for instance on Saturdays and Sundays ( let's think to close two another days during the week, general law in France) . So we do not take care of the project schedule as you expected. In fact, we consider resources working on a project (sunday - saturday) so the project is progressing automatically.
First go to global parameters then work time to unckeck saturday and sunday as days off; Then go to environmental parameter, then go to standard calendars, create one with saturday and sunday opened, then go to resource screen and fill it with the right calendar for each.

As a summary, you can define taht a resource works 7 days a week, but not a project.

The problem is that both project run by the same PM. Even some project member are identical.

you can prioritize projects using the index from 1 the most important, to 999 ( the less) and recalculate them.
