I can not close an activity, I put the date but the chek box is not enabled. I need to run something?
When scheduling the activities of a person I would like to take into account the date of termination of the above; only I can do through validation dates; no other way that validates dates precedence?

The "closed" checkbox is disabled because it must be changed through Status.
When you change Status to new status with "is closed status" checked, closed is automatically checked.
You can enable manual change : go to the corresponding Activity type and uncheck "lock closed".

About dates precedence, you just have to add dependencies (prececessors/successors).
This can be done on the activity on with drag & drop on the gantt planning.
