Is there a way to receive automatic alerts before meetings date overdue?
Also, is there a way to view meetings in diary ?

No, but there should be, in indicators.
Ticket #1655 recorded.

Meetings are displayed in the Diary ... when they are "planned" (after planning calculation)

I created a meeting for tomorrow, pushed planning button, but still doesnt appears in diary?
is there another requirement?
