Hello
there he possibility of having a status archived (but not closed) so I can assigned tickets on this project.
Or is it possible to assigned a ticket to a customer and not a project.
Tuonoman
Hi Tuonoman,
basically you can define every status you would like to have. We for example have a status called 'backlog'. This status has to be incorporated in your workflow afterwards.
We have always requests / Tickets, where the project is unclear on the first attempt. Here we defined a dummy project to which the request is assigned. The customer is linked to field requester. We we are able to select every request by customers in this way.
I hope this helps a bit.

Klaus
hi climb4fun
How to create this status ?
Regards
1. Parameters - list of values - status
2. Check current available status to see how it works.
3. Press button 'create new status'
At this point of time you can press F1 key for more details.
Yes, Klaus is right : F1 key is the right key !!!
RTFM
OK I'll do it more often F1, before asking questions.
But is it possible to keep an open project, to assign actions and or tickets.
But I do not want to see this project appear in the schedule area. (Archived)
I have pusch F1 😉
This is possible?

If you want to have visibility to project item, you'll see it in the Gantt...
One thing is that you can "collapse" the project so that only one line is visible.
Now, there is one extra possibility : user Administrative project type.
Projects of this type are not displayed in the Gantt.
But on the other side, every one views activities of this kind of project.
Have a look at it in the "Project type" description in the manual.
I see this solution, thanks
