First, sorry for my english, it's a little bit so bad.
I just would like to propose 2 evolutions :
1) Created a calendar per each resource or user (like when you create a resource you can choose "is a user"), and each user can be see just his calendar to update holidays or other
2) A supplier can be a resource. Excatly the same as when you create a resource you can choose "is a user", with this evolution you can choose is a supplier and create automaticly a new supplier.
I try acctually to make this evolution, but i'm not a good programmer :-(.

2) No, a Supplier cannot be a resource.
The Supplier is at same level as Client, and is an entity, not a person.
A contact can belong either ot a Client or to a Suppier, and a contact can be a resource.
