I would appreciate if a real diary functionality can be implemented.

for me - work on activities or tickets can only be documented in the fields "result" or "description". it is a free textfield were anyone can enter or delete the complete text, and in the small preview not any Information can be read out.

i suggest an updated diary. were you can explain or describe your work and it would be entered automatically with username and timestamp. so on there is a history of entrys shown and the other collegues has a "follow up" what was done.

sorry if anyone else requested such a Feature too, i did not find any request like this.. for me it would be a very nice to have and i guess other users would find it helpful as well.
