add possibility to manual move an activity in gantt view to force activity before other by simple drag in time line

This should not be done this way.
The planning calculation is a complex treatment that takes into account all the parameters you defined on activities.
Either you define a dependency constraint between activities to be sure they respect the order you want, or you change priority of activitites, or you simply re-order activities (smaller wbs planned first)

To light the HMI, because the show project level tip add line that reduce visibility for user that work on lot of project (like expert)

Because I'm using Project'or to plan day to day activity I would like to refine activity, the priority work but is difficult to manage it for 600 activities.
