it's a miracle but don't blame me for not searching for the reason 😉
i set everything on start (deleted whole dir) and placed the 502 in a new one - aimed the browser on, it filled the logs with the "install db" entries and went smooth forward - even this didn't run properly on 501.
Therefore thank you for your help, may we just had to wait for 502 and the by the way problems fixed in this release 🙂
