Chat function for communicate and work between members of team

- It can be very useful to have a chat module for improve the (daily) work between member of the same team.
It's particularly important when all the members of team are not at the same place.

For example, during a meeting, when a crisis occurs, it can be very urgently to discuss rapidly with some/all members for giving a response before the end of the meeting or for solving a problem. In this kind of situation, it become necessary to be able to contact every member of team, wherever they are ...

- Optionnaly, if we can know who is connected. In order to know with who we can chat ...

Why not use an instant messaging type OpenFire with a client Psi kind, this function very well, and is simple to set up and multi language

Chatroom has not been implemented yet for several reasons.

First is heavy work to implement this feature, with more important ones awaiting (V5.0 was a great step, but requires high level of effort)

Second is technical choice. Not decided yet.
One option is to use good chat protocole (XMPP / jabber) : these are good practices, but will need an WMPP chat server (not possible to include in ProjeQtOr, as not pure PHP possible)
Other option is to lanage it as we can, with standard http/XHR protocole and only PHP server : this would better fit ProjeQtOr standard, but could lead to bad performance of chat feature (great latency, about 1 sec)

So it's not for tomorrow.

Possibility to open a Chat room on any Object ( Project, Activity, issue, ... )
With possibility to consult or continue the Chat later
