Hi ,
You know, like me, that often will have to make multiple manipulations of planning ( affectations, optimizations , priorities,.....) to meet the constraints of milestones or production capacity, others, So sometimes we need to must return to an initial state of the schedule to try new attempts.
In my opinion, this consideration should be given to providing to end useres the ability to restore from backups of planning/schedules previously recorded manually (by date)

This could be a good idea, but will prevoouly need Ticket #1654 (Save Planning - Define and compare baseline).
