Hi ,
A big change would be to offer to projeqtor end users the ability to create and customize their own reports ( like in MS project , Open workbench ,) with the possibility of export to csv .
the idea , is to imagine two types of extractions : Extractions using visual aspects with ability to choses fields list , linked tables, ...And an other one for advanced users with a pseudo Query Language ( like JQL in Jira )

This point has already been studied.
It's a big module.
Possibly will be provided as Plugin.
I like the idea of two extraction types, keep it in mind (don't know JQL but will have a look).
