we use external shortcuts to give direct acces for internal documentation, so user can refer directly to several docs from projeqtor (ie : detail of workflow, how-to on collaborative server,...).
But we need to copy general links in all the project where user can be.
is it possible to define some "global links", not linked to project, that can be displayed in external links (or other like a "link menu") ?
It would be improved with some filter, like message do in login page (set links for project leader, for users, ...).

Why not use Message, displayed on Today Screen.
Message can have formatted text including hyperlinks.
Cause with external links, links are usable from all screens (exemple : you're traiting an expense and need to take a look to the workflow, just click on external link and see the doc in new tab without quitting your editing screen).
