Is it possible to synchronize meeting projeqtor with Microsoft Outlook (projeqtor to outlook and outlook to projeqtor ?)

No, Synchronisatoin is not available.
Only possibility is send invite to meeting from ProjeQtOr to Outlook (or any other email/calendar management tool)
