I'm getting started on Project'Or RIA, and just came across this problem.
I added a few status values in "List of values", but when I try to use them in my projects, I get an error icon, and the status reverts to the default "recorded" status.
Could you please help me with this?

Can you post here a print screen of the "error icon" you get ?
Did you add your new status to the expected workflow ?
(look at status and workflow in the online manual...)

Thanks for your quick answer. I guess RTFM does apply. I'll look into the workflow description, try to make it work, and write back if it really doesn't.

I now have a customized workflow. I'm now looking for a way to change the used workflow in the projects I have already created, and couldn't find a way to do this in the manual.

You just have to assign the workflow to the corresponding types.
See the parameters/lists of types.
