We have noticed that for some user accounts, meetings, activities there is a problem with closing the account/document. This manifests itself in the fact that the waiting time and is long and does not save changes, or closes the projeqtor. What could be the reason for this?

Do you have any projeqtor log errors? log console errors? What version are you on?

no logs or errors are displayed, the only “symptom” is the suspension of the programme, the failure to save changes. We are using version v11 3.2

Sorry but we only support last stable release on this free forum.
So first migrate to V12.1.1, or consider subscribing to our support service where we can support older versions.
